Tasks & challenges

· Support and advice for our guests in medical / health matters · Analyze records, reports, test results, and exam information to diagnose health status taking into account physical, emotional, and social factors

· Explanation and discussion of test results, prescribed treatments and procedures that our guests must follow while staying at the spa

· Monitoring the progress of our guests during their stay and, if necessary, re-evaluating the treatments

Qualifications & competencies

· Medical degree from an internationally recognized medical faculty

· Areas of expertise: acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine

· Very good written and spoken German and English, any other language an advantage

· At least 2 years of experience is required after acquiring a medical specialty

· Experience in the use of specific IT applications for recording clinical data

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Team and service-oriented personality with a high service orientatio
