During this two hour workshop we will explore perceptions, work with goals re-define workplace spirituality, inner potential and our personal, professional and trans-personal development. We will learn how to become part of quantum-holism through raising consciousness and making a paradigm shift, that will help HELLAS reach its own potential.

Lindy Lydia is a Transpersonal Psychologist, Certified Transpersonal Psychotherapist/Supervisor, Researcher and Educator. She is core member of the EUROTAS DIvision for Research EDTR, and currently doing her PhD on the application of Ancient Greek Myth and Music in Personal, Professional and Trans-personal Development. She is author of A Soul’s Journey published by Archive Publishing UK, Founder of the Hellenic Trans personal Association, of which she was president for four years, and Organizer and Director of the 16th International EUROTAS conference in Crete. Lindy has lectured extensively abroad, writes for the Huffington Post and is currently editing the EUROTAS 2014 conference book to be published in 2016 by Cambridge Press.
