Mythology and stories from the divine dance “Rasalila” of Krishna and Radha will guide us in our asana practice under the magical sound of the Bansuri flute.
Bansuri flute is the holy instrument of Krishna. We will explore the symbolism behind it and its relation with the dorsal spine and the seven chakras while we move our spine in asana as a way to embody the divine dance.
Pranayama will be guided and measured in a unique way from the sound of bansuri flute, offering us a different experience of the breath as the divine love.
The workshop will close with mediation and a sweet long and savasana while a beautiful Raga will play from Nico’s magical flute.
Immerse your self in the reach mythology and teachings of yoga with us and take your practice to another dimension.
